Job Description

- Job Descriptions: Design, update, and post compelling job descriptions on company pages, social media, and job boards.
- Sourcing: Use social media, professional networks, and job boards to find both active and passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct phone/video/in-person interviews, and provide shortlists to managers.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage compensation/benefits queries.
- Onboarding: Assist new hires with the onboarding process.
- Employer Branding: Act as the first point of contact, representing the company's culture and brand.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key HR metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand needs and build talent strategies.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques and interviewing.
- Ability to build strong employer branding and candidate pipelines.
