HR Recruiter

Experience : 3 – 6 Yrs in preferable from Automotive/Mfg hiring with high volume requirements from consultant background or corporate.Hands on experience to LinkedIn & Naukri sourcing must to haveKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar positions in the automotive manufacturing sector.Interact with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations.Conduct candidate briefings, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.Use diverse sourcing strategies including headhunting, database mining, social media hiring, and referrals.Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong in candidate sourcing and screening, with attention to detail.Sound knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) workday/SAP and recruitment tools is good to have.
