HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

LAPTOP NEEDED

Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/video)

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams

Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate records

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements remotely

Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and online sourcing tools

Good organizational and time-management skills
