• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across industries such as manufacturing, Preferred Consultancy background candidates.
• Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Develop good relationships with clients and candidates
