HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter with specialized experience in the Manufacturing, Capital Goods, and Automobile sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Blue-Collar Staffing, Bulk Hiring, and Apprenticeship schemes (NAPS & NATS). You must be capable of working on your own initiative in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT and Blue-Collar roles within the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Sourcing Strategy: Execute strong sourcing strategies including Field Hiring, Campus Hiring, and Bulk Hiring drives to meet volume requirements.

Government Schemes: Handle hiring and compliance under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme).

Stakeholder Management: Establish and preserve strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Database Management: Maintain and update an organized database of active and passive candidates for future requirements.

Target Achievement: Work effectively on a target basis to close positions within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Candidate will have strong expertise in Blue-Collar Staffing, Bulk Hiring, and Apprenticeship schemes (NAPS & NATS).

2. Campus drive 
3. Collect data base collection from existing batches 
4. Conduct on-field talent mapping, attend job fairs, and visit local hubs to find candidates.
