- Source, attract, and hire top talent for various roles

- Manage full life cycle recruitment process

- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate communications

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights

- Collaborate with HR team to improve HR processes

Requirements:

- 0 to 2 years of HR recruitment experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in HR software and MS Office
