Position: HR Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring
Experience: 1+ Years
Location: Porur / Guindy, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
* Bulk hiring through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and field sourcing
* Coordinate and conduct walk-in interviews and local hiring drives
* Screen candidates and schedule interviews with operations teams
* Handle joining formalities and basic documentation
* Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports
* Coordinate with site/operations teams for manpower requirements
Key Skills:
* Experience in blue-collar / bulk / field recruitment
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.)
* Ability to work on targets and fast hiring timelines
* Good coordination and follow-up skills
