HR Recruiter - Female Only

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for open positions.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and junior roles.
• Understand hiring requirements from the business team and ensure timely closures.
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate data and update records regularly.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documents, and offers.
• Support the HR team in onboarding and documentation.

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only
• MBA graduates only (HR / relevant specialization preferred)

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Experience in entry-level hiring is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with job portals and candidate databases.
