Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in Non-IT hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for roles such as sales, operations, finance, HR, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancy networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage bulk hiring when required
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Handle offer negotiation and onboarding process
• Required SkillsStrong experience in Non-IT recruitment (Sales, BFSI, Operations, etc.)
• Good knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to close positions within deadlines
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in HR or related field
• Experience in consultancy or corporate hiring
• Exposure to bulk hiring will be an added advantage
