Minimum Experience: 1 Year of Experience in Recruitment

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the Telecom domain.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bulk and target-based hiring while ensuring quality talent acquisition within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Manage bulk hiring requirements for telecom roles within tight deadlines
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates for role fit and cultural fit
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining

Education : Graduate in any discipline

MBA / PGDM in HR will be an added advantage

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience in bulk hiring
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools
