Job Description:

• Providing direct support to the Team Members, Other HR Groups and Company Management.
• To respond to queries raised through Multiple channels and processing various paper and electronic forms related to documentation of HR activities.
• Acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
• Follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Freshers (would like have something around Critical Thinking and/or Systems Thinking as a desired qualification)
• Work Timing - 1 PM / 2 PM to 10 PM / 11 PM (if required round the clock support is must - 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM/7.30 PM to 4.30 PM)
• Knowledge in MS office
