Your Task:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
• Provide safety training to employees on topics such as emergency response, hazard communication, and personal protective equipment.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and documentation to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety.
• Participate in safety committees and meetings to address safety concerns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and authorities on safety-related matters.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

 

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Industrial Safety
• 3 - 7 Years of Industrial Experience in Safety/ HSE Functions
