Human Resource Executive

• Recruitment & Selection: Managing the end-to-end hiring process, including posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Records & HRIS: Maintaining, updating, and securing confidential employee files and databases.
• Payroll & Benefits: Supporting payroll processing, compensation management, and managing employee benefits programs.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensuring compliance with all labour laws and implementing company HR policies.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Resolving employee queries/conflicts, organizing employee events, and managing exit interviews.
• Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisal processes. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or in a relevant HR role.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.
