Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Search for candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Review resumes and conduct basic phone/online interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Keep candidate information updated in the database.
Communicate regularly with candidates and internal teams.
Build good relationships with candidates and support employer branding.
Track recruitment progress and share reports with management.
