Job Description
- Project Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain project timelines, Site Meetings, milestones, and daily work schedules for field technicians.
- Site Management: Supervises daily HVAC installation and maintenance work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Technical Supervision: Diagnoses complex mechanical or electrical faults, providing technical guidance to technicians, as described by Shine and Northern Comfort Systems.
- Quality Control & Safety: Inspects work for adherence to specifications, blueprints, and local building/safety codes.
- Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate the delivery of equipment, materials, and tools to job sites; procure necessary parts and manage vendor relationships.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain project documents, including blueprints, BOQ, Measurement, contracts, permits, change orders, and submittals.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations comply with building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
