Job Description
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical issues, repairing or replacing defective parts (motors, belts, valves), and handling emergency breakdowns.
- System testing: Inspect and test systems and components to ensure they are working correctly.
- Installation & Setup: Installing new HVAC units, ducting work, electrical components, and wiring.
- Maintenance & Inspection: Performing regular checks, cleaning filters/coils, lubricating parts, checking for leaks, and adjusting controls for optimal performance
- Client communication: Discuss system issues with customers, explain malfunctions, and provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
- Record keeping: Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Safety compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
- Emergency services: Handle emergency calls for urgent repairs.
Knowledge in Ductable, VRF and AHU Unit.
