Job Description
The HVAC Helper assists technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is ideal for candidates who want to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation of AC units (Split, Ductable, VRF systems)
- Support technicians during servicing and maintenance work
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to the work site
- Help in ducting, piping, and basic electrical work
- Clean and maintain HVAC systems and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist in loading/unloading HVAC equipment
