We are seeking a motivated Academic Counsellor who can guide prospective learners, understand their career goals and help them choose the right training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and professionals through calls, emails, and meetings to recommend suitable courses.
• Manage and convert leads generated from marketing campaigns through regular follow-ups.
• Assist candidates throughout the admission process including documentation, payments and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with students and address their queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, EdTech, training institutes, or sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
