Implementation Manager

• Creating a plan for Implementation Project, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of software systems.
• Communicating with users throughout the software implementation process to obtain feedback and approval.
• Requirement gathering in coordination with Business users
• Ensuring tasks are completed as per the project plan.
• Educating users on how to use software systems and customized system features.
• Creating a specialized document for each Application, detailing all customizations made.
• Coordinating with vendor and infra team for application software installation.
• Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
• Do a functional manual testing of the application.
• Coordinating with Users for UAT.
• Keeping track of issues raised with vendor.
• Get the fix for retesting and test to ensure the issue is resolved.
• Reaching out to the respective stakeholders for getting UAT signoff.
• Coordinating with Vendor and infra team for production movement.
• Managing the test envirnoments in coordination with Infra and Vendor.

Working Location- Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala
