We are looking for a confident and customer-focused In-House Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service within the store or showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to generate interest and sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Maintain customer records and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS, MS Office, etc.).
