Job Description & Summary
Responsibilities:
Design and configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules customized to organizational policies. Implement leave of absence types, accruals, eligibility, and approvals processes. Configure time entry methods including punches, timesheets, and exceptions. Integrate time tracking data with payroll and benefits systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws and union agreements impacting absence/time processes. Develop reports and dashboards on employee attendance and leave patterns. Manage auditing and validation of time-related data to minimize errors. Provide training and end-user support for time and absence management. Optimize system configurations for operational efficiency and user experience. Stay informed on regulatory changes impacting absence and time tracking configurations.<>l.Mandatory skill sets:

With certification, must have demonstrated consulting & end-to-end implementation experience in Workday
Years of experience required:
- Minimum 9 - 15 years of relevant experience
- Overall experience can vary between 8 - 14 Years
Education qualification:
- Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred
- B.E/B.Tech + MBA (optional)
- ERP Implementation Exp
