(IND) Technology Services Engineer III
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and support for applications using SQL, Java, and Cloud Technologies (preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)).
- Analyse and interpret application architecture and its components to resolve complex issues.
- Utilize analytical skills to analyse logs and provide root cause analysis for incidents.
- Perform real-time monitoring and system performance analysis using tools such as Grafana, Open Observe, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
- Manage and document incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, Java, and working knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in log analysis and debugging.
- Knowledge of application architecture and understanding of how its components interact.
Experience with Monitoring Tools:
- Expertise in using Grafana, Open Observe, Splunk, and Dynatrace for monitoring, reporting, and alerting.
Experience with ITSM Tools:
- Familiarity with incident management and documentation using ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in production support or application support roles.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues effectively.
Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., GCP certifications) would be a plus.
