We are successful, and our successes are rooted in our people's collective energy and unwavering focus on the employees, and that's how it will always be change management in Social Media.About the role We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Associate to drive the growth and success of our influencer and ambassador initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach, fostering strong creator relationships, and ensuring high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences across various markets.Key Responsibilities-1) Manage growth of Ambassador programs across key metrics of: influencers, engagement, views, reach, quality content and overall retention. 2) Review and approve influencer lists, scripts , video content, and live campaign links3) Liaison between Paytm’s internal teams and the influencer ecosystem for seamless resolution of operational issues4) Expand reach across Tier 1, 2, and 3 markets with tailored creator mixes.5) Help increase brand recall TOMR 6) Ensure activation of top ambassadors for special campaigns 7) Create a frictionless creator experience to support long-term relationships.
