Position Overview:
We are seeking an Innovation Consultant with who is passionate about new technology and is a people-oriented person. The successful candidate will play a critical role in hosting international clients, showcasing our innovative solutions, and collaborating with our tech teams to develop prototypes. This role requires a broad thinker who thrives in an agile environment and is eager to learn, experiment, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in retail technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Host and engage with international clients in our innovation lab, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of our next-gen tech solutions.
- Idea Generation: Lead brainstorming sessions and other creative processes to generate new ideas for innovative retail solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with tech teams to translate ideas into actionable prototypes, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client needs and lab goals.
- Agile Environment: Operate effectively within an agile environment, contributing to iterative development cycles and continuous improvement efforts.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in retail technology and innovation, sharing insights with the team and clients to inform future projects.

- Innovation Management: Acquired experience or skill in innovation process management.
- Technical Acumen: While not a technical role, familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in retail is beneficial.
- Client Engagement: Experience in working with clients capturing requirements and delivering impactful Presentations that clearly articulate complex ideas and solutions
- International Exposure: While not mandatory, having studied in an international university or worked in an international environment is desirable.
