Inside Sales Executive

 Key Responsibilities:

* Follow up on leads provided by the studio via phone, email, or messaging platforms.

* Explain our services (branding, photography, video production, etc.) clearly and persuasively.

* Build strong relationships with potential clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

* Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to align client requirements and deliverables.

* Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using CRM tools.

* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

* Handle communication professionally with premium and high-value clients.

 Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably in media, creative, or service-based industries).

* Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

* Knowledge of any additional regional language is an added advantage.

* Confident in handling calls, video meetings, and follow-ups with premium clients.

* Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or Google Workspace.
