🌟 ROLE OVERVIEW
Be the first point of contact for customers and help them secure their financial future.
As a Tele sales Executive, you will engage with company-provided leads, understand customer needs over calls, and convert prospects into satisfied policyholders.
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Call & follow up on company-generated leads
✔ Understand customer requirements & explain insurance products clearly
✔ Pitch suitable life insurance solutions confidently over the phone
✔ Close sales and support customers through documentation & policy issuance
✔ Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
WHO CAN APPLY
✅ 1–4 years experience in telesales / call center / insurance sales
✅ Freshers with good communication skills welcome
✅ Confident communicators with a target-driven mindset
