Inside Sales Executive

🔹 About the RoleWe are hiring Tamil-speaking Telesales / Relationship Managers to help political leaders and followers adopt digital poster tools using the Praja app.

Your role is to connect with leads, onboard them to a 15-day free trial, guide them in creating their first digital poster, and convert them into paid subscribers.

This is a pure outbound sales role with clear targets and incentives.

🔹 What You Will DoMake outbound calls to potential users and explain Praja Premium

• Demonstrate how to create and share digital posters using the app
• Onboard users to a 15-day free trial and convert them to paid plans
• Clearly explain pricing and subscription packages
• Build rapport with users and handle objections confidently
• Update call logs, CRM notes, and feedback accurately

🔹 Mandatory Requirements6+ year experience in telesales / telecalling / voice process

• Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) – speaking & reading
• Comfortable with outbound sales calls and lead-based calling
• Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement experience

🔹 Good to Have (Not Mandatory)Basic political awareness

• Experience as a team lead or senior caller
• Experience using CRM or call management tools

• 💰 Salary & PerksCTC: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month (performance-based)
