Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining client relationships, and converting enquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with the operations team
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Coordinate with field sales and management for closures and negotiations
• Follow up on payments, documentation, and service initiation support

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up systematically
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team-focused
• Experience in B2B / service industry sales is an added advantage
