Inspection Engineer Instrument

Senior Instrumentation Engineer with minimum 10-12 years of work experience in projects. Must have experience attending Pre Inspection Meeting. 

Capable of handling project from initial phase until dispatch ensuring Quality and meeting project milestones.

ICSS System – Comprising of DCS, ESD, FGS and HIPP.

Should have thorough Knowledge and experience for electrical panels, switchgear, instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, Earthing and EPC Design input.

Should have thorough knowledge for Implementation of basic PID and complex control in the DCS.

Strong knowledge and experience on DCS, roles in the DCS hierarchy and its functioning. Optimized control loop performance in DCS environment. DCS Architecture (safety interlocks & trip amplifier logic)

Hands on experience in marshalling cabinets. Proficient with HART protocol (using field communicators)

Must have experience in HV & LV cable, wiring, and furling of cables (direct & cross).

Motor, Transformer, Switch gear, Feeder components, isolators, Main distribution, Panel board. Strong exposure to Instruments such as like Transmitter’s (Level, Temperature, Flow (Magnetic),pressure)

Hands-on experience with control systems, especially at Emerson, Yokogawa, ABB, Honeywell, Siemens etc., 

Experience in functional loop checks, insulation resistance checks, SAT, FAT.

Industrial plants (Oil & gas, Process, Renewables) experience is preferred.

Knowledge, hands on experience on Intrinsically safe (IS) devices and barriers. Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations and policies.

Should be familiar working with IMICC(Integrated Instrumentation & Control Contractor) Brown field/Green field.

Should be familiar with Auxiliary system(Push Button Consoles / IRP Cabinets / PDB Cabinets / Networking Equipment & Cabinets / Servers)

Should be familiar with Advanced Application –IAMS / OTS / ALMS / POIS

Should be familiar and have experience working for logic for safety system(ESD&FGS) and system architecture drawing.

Should have thorough knowledge for IMICC Hardware Engineering and FAT.

Should have thorough knowledge for IMI CC Software Engineering .

Should be familiar with Software FAT 

Should have knowledge of Instrumentation code ,standards and Regulatory information such as IEEE,IEC,IS etc

Must have problem solving skills for immediate action on site and should be able to identify non-conformity /deviation. Must be able to identify Root cause analysis, advise CA/PA and maintain zero to few impact issues.
