Insurance Agent/Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and career‑oriented individuals to join LIC as Insurance Advisors. Your role is to guide customers on financial planning, savings, protection, and investment solutions offered by LIC.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers

- Explain LIC plans in a simple and clear manner

- Help customers choose suitable insurance policies

- Maintain regular follow‑ups and customer relationships

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Attend training sessions and team meetings

Skills Required

- Good communication (Tamil preferred)

- Basic sales or customer‑handling skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to work independently
