Insurance Sales / BD Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects across 
• Promote and sell EMI financing solutions to facilitate the purchase of insurance products.
• Coordinate with the insurance advisors and conduct regular visits to client branches.
• Provide excellent support to insurance advisors and agents.
• Travel extensively across the state for client meetings and business development activities.
• Deliver timely product training sessions to key stakeholders.
• Regularly engage with zonal and regional heads to strengthen business relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and meet all key performance indicators (KRAs).

Requirements:

• ✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Insurance Insurance/ Banking / NBFC (mandatory)
• ✅ Excellent communication skills in English and regional language
• ✅ Graduate degree (mandatory)
• ✅ Willingness to travel extensively across the state
• ✅ Strong client handling and relationship management skills
