Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSell motor insurance policies (2-wheeler & 4-wheeler) including new, rollover, and renewal cases
- Handle outbound and inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or field visits
- Explain policy features, premiums, add-ons, and benefits clearly to customers
- Follow up with customers for renewals and pending payments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records (Excel / CRM)
- Coordinate with operations and underwriting teams for policy issuance
- Assist customers with endorsements and basic claim guidance
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
