Interior Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and coordinating commercial office interior projects from design development to execution. This role is open to both Junior and Senior professionals based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

·  3D design working in studio max, rendering in Vray, enscape, Lumion and Photoshop

Develop creative and functional corporate interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and presentation materials.

• Create detailed working drawings including furniture, ceiling, flooring, and joinery.

• Coordinate with MEP, quantity surveyors, vendors, and project teams.

• Conduct client meetings and present design proposals and revisions.

• Ensure design intent is maintained during project execution.

• Conduct site visits and support the project team in resolving design-related issues.

• Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.

• 1–3, 5-10 years of experience in commercial interior design projects.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.

• Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar is an advantage.

• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing.

• Strong creative, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial and corporate interior projects.

• Knowledge of site coordination and project execution.

• Client handling and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
