As a Project Management Consultant (Office Interior), your primary role involves overseeing and managing office interior design projects from conception to completion. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage resources, timelines, and ensure that the project meets the client's expectations while staying within budget. Below are the key roles and responsibilities typically associated with this position:
Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:
- Project Planning & Strategy
- Team Coordination & Collaboration

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Duties:
- Develop and oversee architectural designs from concept through detailed design and execution.
- Create drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD, Revit, or other design software.
- Ensure designs meet client needs, local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Review and approve design documents, materials, and specifications.
Project Management Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in architecture and construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, legal regulations, and project delivery processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
