Interior Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Senior Interior Draftsman with strong expertise in 2D detailing, sharp construction drawings, and drafting. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of professional interior drafting experience and be highly skilled in producing accurate, detailed drawings for execution.

What This Role Involves

·      Lead the development of detailed 2D working drawings and interior construction details including plans, sections, elevations, and execution-ready detailing

·      Create and review high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings to effectively communicate design intent

·      Translate conceptual designs into practical, buildable solutions aligned with project requirements and budgets

·      Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and site teams to ensure design clarity and smooth project execution

·      Present design concepts, layouts, materials, and finishes confidently to clients and stakeholders

·      Drive material selection and specification, ensuring aesthetic quality, functionality, and cost efficiency

·      Conduct site visits and inspections to verify execution accuracy and resolve design or detailing challenges

·      Review and incorporate client feedback, site inputs, and design revisions while maintaining drawing accuracy and documentation standards

·      Oversee final 2D and 3D deliverables, ensuring timely submissions and clear handover to execution teams

·      Mentor junior designers/draftsmen and maintain drawing quality and consistency across projects

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of interior drafting experience (mandatory)
