🎓 Qualification: B.Arch / Interior Design

💼 Experience: Min 2+ years(Corporate Office Fitout Interior)

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare 2D drawings including layout plans, working drawings, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD

* Develop 3D models using SketchUp / 3ds Max and create high-quality 3d renderings

* Create walkthroughs / animations using Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray or similar tools

* Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material specifications

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors

* Ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings and timelines

* Assist in planning, scheduling, and project documentation

* Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
