Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can manage projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, highly organized, and capable of translating client needs into well-crafted spaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Concept Development:

• Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and preferences
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts
• Create space planning and furniture layouts

2. Technical Drawings & Documentation:

• Prepare detailed drawings (2D & 3D)
• Produce working drawings for execution (electrical, carpentry, ceiling, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors and site teams for accuracy

3. Client Interaction:

• Present concepts and design ideas to clients
• Incorporate feedback and refine designs
• Ensure a smooth and premium client experience

4. Site Coordination & Execution:

• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and suppliers
• Ensure designs are executed as per plan and quality standards

5. Material & Vendor Management:

• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and décor
• Work with approved vendors and suggest new ones when required
• Ensure timelines and budgets are maintained

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2–5 years of experience in residential interiors (preferred)
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Lumion (optional but preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
