Position: Interior Architect/ Designer

๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities


Prepare 2D drawings โ€“ layout plans, working drawings, and GFC drawings using AutoCAD

Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit

Create walkthroughs using Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray (preferred)

Handle corporate office interior design and space planning

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors

Visit sites and support site execution & supervision

Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material specifications

Ensure drawings are executed correctly at site


๐Ÿ”น Requirements


Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design

Minimum 2โ€“5 years experience in corporate/commercial interior projects

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD + 3D software

Experience in office fit-out projects is mandatory

Good communication and coordination skills

Position: Project Manager / PMC โ€“ Interior Projects

Independently manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects

Handle site execution, planning, and project scheduling

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors

Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines

Manage vendors, contractors, and material procurement

Verify BOQ, billing, and cost control

Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports

Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadline

Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior / Architecture

Minimum 4โ€“8 years experience in corporate interior project execution

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and site management

Experience handling office interior projects is a must

Ability to independently manage sites in Chennai / Bengaluru / other locations
