Interior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Interior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and financial monitoring of commercial interior fit-out projects. This role is open for both Junior (1–4 years) and Senior (5–20 years) professionals based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.

• Conduct quantity take-offs for interior works including civil, finishing, MEP, and fit-outs.

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project cost plans.

• Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.

• Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams.

• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

• Assist in contract administration and variation order management.

• Verify contractor bills and ensure accuracy before processing payments.

• Maintain proper documentation of cost reports and financial records.

• Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize project costs.

Requirements:• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

• 1–5, 5-20 years of experience in interior fit-out in commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and costing.

Preferred Skills:• Experience in commercial interior projects.

• Knowledge of MEP quantity take-offs.

• Familiarity with contract terms and vendor management.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
