About the Role:Ecube Interior is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and monitor our interior execution projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, smooth coordination with designers and workers, on-time delivery, and maintaining safety standards at site.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily onsite interior work including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing
• Coordinate with interior designers for drawings and execution clarity
• Manage labour teams and subcontractors efficiently
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets
• Conduct regular quality checks at site
• Maintain discipline, safety standards, and site cleanliness
• Update project status to management regularly
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / BE in Civil or relevant field preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in interior site supervision
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, execution methods & site processes
• Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good communication in Tamil & basic English
