- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to interior works
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials
- Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure workforce productivity and discipline on-site.
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment on-site.
- Ensure sufficient labor are available at site
