Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description:

Anugragha Builders is hiring Site Supervisors to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction work and labor activities
• Ensure adherence to drawings, safety norms, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Monitor material usage and site progress
• Prepare daily site reports and updates

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to manage workers and site operations
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
