Interior Site Supervisor

Supervise daily interior site work (carpentry, painting, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Assign tasks to workers and monitor productivity

Ensure work is completed as per instructions from project managers or engineers

Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on-site

Check quality of work and ensure proper finishing

Monitor material usage and report shortages

Maintain site discipline and workflow

Identify site issues and report them to management for resolution

Ensure safety practices are followed at all times

Maintain daily work progress reports
