We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as AR Callers for a US-based Medical Billing process. This is a 100% voice-based role focused on interacting with US insurance providers to resolve claims and ensure timely payments for healthcare providers.

Salary & Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• International Voice Support: Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding medical insurance claims.
• Claims Management: Track and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer queries and billing discrepancies with accuracy.
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of all client interactions in the internal database.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduates only).
• Communication: Excellent English (Written & Verbal) is mandatory.
• Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Service or International Voice Processes (AR Calling experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and MS Office.
