Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Hindi Voice Process

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Hindi Voice Process) for an International Banking domain. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and resolving banking-related queries with professionalism and accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls for the international banking process
• Resolve customer queries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, etc.
• Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution
• Deliver excellent customer service and adhere to quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory (any)
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Must be fluent in Hindi (speaking)
• Basic English communication skills required
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 CTC , Inhand: ₹22,000
• One-way cab facility provided for night shifts (post 8:00 PM logout)
• Shifts & Working Days:
• Female candidates: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Male candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
• Work schedule: 6 days working, 1 day rotational off
