Inventory Executive

Job Title: Inventory Executive – QSR Industry

Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain stock of raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
• Record daily stock in/out in inventory management system.
• Check quality and expiry dates of products regularly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for daily stock requirements.
• Place orders with suppliers before stock runs out.
• Verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders and bills.
• Reduce wastage by monitoring usage patterns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and temperature-controlled.
• Work with the manager to plan for festive/seasonal demand.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of food products and storage practices.
• Good record-keeping and communication skills.
• Experience in QSR or food industry preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer and inventory software.
