1.     Inventory Management Expertise – End-to-end control of raw materials, WIP & finished goods

2.     Stock Reconciliation – Daily / monthly physical stock vs system stock verification

3.     Software Knowledge – Experience in Tally

4.     GRN & Issue Control – Accurate handling of GRN, material issue & return processes

5.     FIFO / LIFO Knowledge – Strong understanding of inventory valuation methods

6.     Material Planning & Control – Avoiding shortages & over-stocking situations

7.     Vendor Coordination – Follow-up with purchase & suppliers for timely material flow

8.     Documentation & Compliance – Proper maintenance of stock registers & audit records

9.     Team Handling – Supervising store assistants & helpers

10. Audit Support – Internal & external stock audit coordination

11. Additional Preferred Skills

12. Strong Excel reporting & MIS

13. Knowledge of 5S & warehouse discipline
