Assistant manager – Production Support & CR

• Need to work closely with branches and close tickets within the SLA.
• Need to work with multiple stakeholders and bring the issue for closure .
• Good to have both LOS & LMS functional knowledge .
• Good to have JIRA experience. 
• Good to have SQL skill.
• Need to work on new enhancements testing and moving them into production environment
