Job Summary:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and support of the CCTV system and other IT hardware issues. This role includes providing user support, handling system configurations, troubleshooting errors, coordinating with vendors for enhancements, and ensuring data accuracy and system integrity across all modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware & Desktop Support
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware faults and system issues.
• Perform OS installation (Windows 10/11), drivers, and application software setup.
• Replace and upgrade components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.
• Provide onsite and remote support to users.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and repairs (AMC support).
• Network & Basic IT InfrastructureConfigure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
• Manage switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points and patch panels.
• IP addressing, network sharing, and user access configuration.
• Basic knowledge of firewall, internet connectivity and bandwidth monitoring.
• CCTV & Surveillance SystemsInstallation and configuration of CCTV cameras (IP & Analog).
• Setup and management of DVR/NVR systems.
• Camera alignment, focusing, and troubleshooting video loss.
• Configure remote viewing on mobile and desktop.
• Perform backup of footage when required.
• Periodic preventive maintenance of cameras and recording devices.
• Coordinate with security/admin team for surveillance requirements.
• User Support & HelpdeskRespond to user complaints and service requests.
• Setup email accounts, printers and shared folders.
• Provide first-level technical support to employees.
• Maintain IT service log and daily activity reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting skills in computer hardware.
• Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration.
• Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN).
• Hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR configuration.
• Ability to crimp LAN cables and basic rack management.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools (AnyDesk/TeamViewer).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
