About the Role:

Placement Point Solutions is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Trainer / IT Faculty to join our team in Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver in-person and online training sessions on core IT subjects and emerging technologies.

* Create and manage training content, lesson plans, and hands-on practice exercises.

* Support students at different learning levels with guidance and mentorship.

* Track student progress through assignments, assessments, and interactive discussions.

* Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the IT industry.

* Assist students with career guidance and job placement support.

* Maintain student records and feedback data.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

* Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Languages: English is essential. Knowledge of Tamil, Hindi, or other regional languages is preferred, but not mandatory.

Required Skills:

* Strong understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).

* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.

* Willingness to commit to an 18-month agreement with the company.
